We do not spray everything with the same material. Each insect has its own hiding places and way of spreading, so each service has its own plan and its own page explaining exactly what we do.

Five documented stepsnot one quick spray
Step 1: No commitment
Inspection
We come and see the place in person. We inspect the kitchen, around floor drains, mattress seams, furniture cracks, and tile joints. These are the places infestations actually start, not where they show.
Step 2: Identifying the type and source
Diagnosis
The type of pest decides the material, concentration, and treatment location. A German cockroach is not an American one, and a pharaoh ant is not a regular ant. We also find how they get in, because without that any treatment is temporary.
Step 3: Odorless spraying and fogging
Treatment
We target the colony and breeding areas, not just the insect you see. Fogging reaches cracks surface spraying cannot, and the European materials are safe around kids, pets, and furnishings.
Step 4: Full disinfection after treatment
Sanitizing
Cockroaches and rodents spread germs just by walking across a surface. So we sanitize surfaces, especially the kitchen and areas with activity or droppings.
Step 5: Not a visit that ends with spraying
Follow-up
We come back after 10 days, again after 21 days, then every two months for the length of the guarantee. The 10-day visit matters because that is when bed bug eggs hatch, and if left untreated the infestation returns.
Guarantee certificate

years
The guarantee covers the pests treated during the visit. If the same problem comes back within this period, we come and treat it.

Emergency service if any problem comes back during the guarantee
A guarantee with a schedulebeats a longer guarantee
Some companies promise 5 years and others promise 10. The question to ask is: what happens after the technician leaves?
Our answer is in writing. Three follow-up visits on set dates, plus emergency service if a problem appears at any time during the guarantee. The visit after 10 days is not a formality. That is when bed bug eggs hatch, and if it passes without treatment, the infestation comes back.
