If you are looking for snake control because there is a snake in your garden right now, do not go near it and do not try to kill it. Our service runs 24 hours. If you have not seen a snake and only see signs, check them off here from where you are and we will tell you what to do until we arrive.

Saw a snake in the garden or around the villa? Do not try to handle it yourself.

Why is this happening in your home?

Snake sightings increase in compounds near farmland or construction areas, such as Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Madinaty, Al Rehab, and Katameya. Snakes come in after rodents, so a snake usually means there is a food source nearby.

Why regular spraying does not solve it

No pesticide deals with snakes, and handling one yourself is very dangerous. Trying to kill or catch it yourself is when bites happen most.

See the work for yourself

The first 5 minutes after you see it

This order matters, and it does not take any courage. Most mistakes happen when someone decides to act instead of moving away:

  • Move many steps away, bring children and pets inside, and close the door behind you
  • If you can watch it from far away and you are safe, note where it went, and do not follow it
  • Call us and tell us the exact location, when you last saw it, and whether there are plants or clutter around it
  • If it went into a room, close the door from outside only if that does not bring you closer to it, and put a towel under the door if you can
  • Do not hit it with a stick, do not photograph it up close, and do not go near it even if it looks dead

Repelling snakes with mothballs and sulfur: does it work?

We hear this question a lot, and the honest answer is that there is no strong evidence that mothballs, sulfur, or kerosene repel a snake. Mothballs are dangerous for children and pets, and kerosene is a fire hazard and harms plants. The worst part is that they make you feel safe when the cause has not been touched. That is why we will not sell you a spray and tell you it is done. Here is what we do: remove the snake, if there is one, with specialized tools, and then work on what makes it stay on your property.

What in your garden makes a snake stay?

A snake looks for food, shade, and shelter. Any place with those three can attract one, even if the home is clean. When we inspect the surroundings, we look at:

  • Piles of wood, bricks, and clutter left against the boundary wall
  • Dense plants growing up against the wall, and long grass
  • Gaps in the boundary wall and gate at ground level, and the pump room
  • Dripping irrigation pipes and uncovered drain openings
  • Birdseed or animal feed left outside, which draws mice

Kids, pets, and furnishings

Safety comes before everything else here. The team secures the area first, and everyone in the home stays away from that area until we tell you it is clear. If we will treat rodents or the surroundings after the removal, and you have a baby, someone pregnant, or someone with asthma or allergies in the home, tell us before the treatment so we can choose the right method and duration, and ask your doctor if you have concerns.

  • Any bite means the hospital immediately, even if there is no pain or it looks minor. The ambulance number in Egypt is 123
  • Do not tie off the bite area, do not cut the wound, do not suck out the venom, and do not apply herbs or ice
  • Tell the doctor when the bite happened and what the snake looked like if you saw it, and do not waste time looking for it or catching it

How to prepare the place

  • Do not clean the garden or move clutter before we arrive, so you do not find it right under your hand
  • Get children and pets out of the area, and close the doors that open onto it
  • Have a quick description ready: where you saw it, its rough size and color, and the last direction it went
  • Clear the way to the gate and the pump room, and if you live in a compound, tell compound security the team is coming

Guarantee certificate

3

years

The guarantee covers the pests treated during the visit. If the same problem comes back within this period, we come and treat it.

Follow-up schedule

  • 10 daysFollow-up visit to confirm the result
  • 21 daysSecond follow-up to treat anything still open
  • Every 2 monthsRegular follow-up for the length of the guarantee

Emergency service if any problem comes back during the guarantee

Written, not verbal

A guarantee with a schedulebeats a longer guarantee

Some companies promise 5 years and others promise 10. The question to ask is: what happens after the technician leaves?

Our answer is in writing. Three follow-up visits on set dates, plus emergency service if a problem appears at any time during the guarantee. The visit after 10 days is not a formality. That is when bed bug eggs hatch, and if it passes without treatment, the infestation comes back.

Questions about snakes

What should I do if I find a snake in the garden?

Move away from it immediately, bring children and pets inside, and call us. Do not go closer to identify it, and do not try to kill or trap it yourself. If you can see where it goes from a safe spot, that helps the team. Our service runs 24 hours, every day of the week.

How can I tell if a snake is venomous?

Do not try to tell for yourself, and treat every snake as dangerous. Egypt has venomous and non-venomous species, looks and color can deceive you, and common tricks like checking the shape of the head are not reliable. If someone has been bitten, the doctor decides, not us.

Someone was bitten by a snake. What do I do?

Go to the nearest hospital immediately or call an ambulance at 123, even if the bite looks minor. Keep the person calm and moving as little as possible, and do not try any folk remedy you hear about. Describe what you saw to the doctor, and the doctor decides on the treatment.

Is there something you can spray around the house to repel snakes?

We will not promise you that, because there is no pesticide or scent we can tell you reliably keeps snakes away. What makes the difference is reducing food and hiding places: mice, clutter, dense plants, and gaps at ground level. That is what we work on after the removal.

Can another snake appear after you remove one?

Yes, it can, especially if you live next to farmland or construction, and no honest person can tell you otherwise. We treat mice and secure entry points to lower the chance, and we follow up with you after 10 days and after 21 days, then every two months. If you see anything at any time, move away and call.

It is late. Will you come at night?

Yes, our service runs 24 hours and we reach all 27 governorates of Egypt. Arrival time depends on where you are, so give us your exact address and we will tell you. Until we arrive, stay away, keep the doors closed, and do not go outside to look for it in the dark.
